In April of 2010, the EPA’s Lead-Based Renovation, Repair and Painting rule went into effect.  This rule applies to all contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and schools built before 1978.  This class provides the education in work practices to prevent lead contamination that each contractor must receive in order to be granted certification to work in these environments.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations MUST be made 72 hours PRIOR to the specified class date in order to receive a refund or transfer to another open class. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the class or the registrant is a no-show without notifying the HBAMP at least 72 hours prior to the class - no refunds or transfers will be allowed.
