Recently, several articles and op-eds have been published in the media addressing this cycle’s Urban Growth Boundary expansion process. Metro’s Chief Operating Officer is expected to make a recommendation to Council on the urban growth boundary management decision next week. Beaverton, Hillsboro, King City and Wilsonville have submitted proposals to Metro Council for modest UGB expansions.
