AppraiseRight presented by Energy Trust of Oregon and brought to you by the Home Builders Association is a one-day workshop designed for Oregon and Washington Appraisers and lenders who want to gain cutting-edge industry knowledge for valuating high performance home systems and features. Earn 7 credits of continuing education, approved by the Oregon Appraiser Certification & Licensure Board, and the Washington State Department of Licensing.

As a result of upcoming code changes, Executive Order 1720 and local jurisdiction rules, market demand for appraisers who understand how to appraise new and existing green homes is growing. AppraiseRight will feature practical, onsite learning, as well as traditional classroom time, and appraisers will earn 7 hours of approved continuing education through the Oregon Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board and the Washington State Board of LIcensing

Ask a high performance home builder and verifier questions about product selection, installation practices and early design phase options, as they give you a full tour of their development in construction and show you their finished product. The Morning session will be held at West Hills Wilsonville development with the developer team from the 2019 NW Natural Street of Dreams.

After the Behind the Walls, the conference will continue at the Home Builders Association for lunch and classroom learning. Topics include:
