HBA working to ensure Urban Growth Boundary Expansion proposals are successful

Recently, several articles and op-eds have been published in the media addressing this cycle’s Urban Growth Boundary expansion process. Metro’s Chief Operating Officer is expected to make a recommendation to Council on the urban growth boundary management decision next week. Beaverton, Hillsboro, King City and Wilsonville have submitted proposals to Metro Council for modest UGB expansions. Several of the articles feature HBA members and our organization’s efforts to encourage support for the city’s proposal.
