Milwaukie Hosts Pro-Housing Town Hall

The City of Milwaukie is continuing its public engagement efforts around housing opportunities with a Comprehensive Plan Town Hall on Thursday, April 18th. This is part of the work stemming from the City’s 2016 Housing Needs Analysis, the resulting Housing Affordability Strategy, and the projected update to its Comprehensive Plan in November 2019. The HBA thanks the City for taking the necessary steps to maintain an adequate 20+ year housing supply and will continue to advocate for a pro-housing strategies as the City Council considers future development standards and zoning code amendments.
