This week, HBA offered housing recommendations alongside colleagues from the Clackamas County Housing Affordability and Homelessness Task Force. The county continues to prioritize housing as a top issue, and the Board of Commissioners plans to discuss a zoning code issues paper in January with the goal of revising the bureaucratic framework around housing. It is clear that a multi-pronged approach is critical to advancing housing affordability at all income levels in the county.
