HBA Submits Letter of Concern Regarding DEQ Climate Protection Program Rulemaking; Encourages Members to do the Same


HBA recently submitted a letter of concern to DEQ as part of the rulemaking process for the new “Climate Protection Program (CPP).”

There is concern that the rules being proposed will substantially impact builders’ ability to offer natural gas products in homes, an expectation of the consumer.
