An economic analysis of the most recent Residential Infill Project (RIP) draft proposal in the City of Portland was released last week, showing improvements from the previous versions of the RIP. The RIP is an initiative addressing zoning codes and types of housing allowed in residential neighborhoods in Portland, with the purpose of expanding housing choices and increasing the number of units.
