On Friday, November 1 at 7 am, the Home Builders Association will host the Annual Housing Forecast presented by PARR Lumber at the Oregon Convention Center. More than 600 industry professionals and government officials will gather for this informative breakfast highlighted by insight and analysis with unique perspectives on the housing industry.

The 2020 Housing Forecast will feature NAHB Chief Economist/SVP Dr. Robert Dietz, land use economics expert Jerry Johnson, Principal of Johnson Economics and Washington County Chair of the Board of Commissioners Kathryn Harrington. They will discuss what 2020 holds for the housing market and our industry as a whole, including economic and building issues, as well as trends and predictions related to different market segments such as multi-family, single-family, infill and remodeling.
