HBA staff will contribute to the Troutdale Housing Needs Analysis (HNA), set to kick off this July. The HBA worked with city staff and local businesses to identify a developer-builder for representation on the Housing Advisory Committee, which will include the seven members of the planning commission, an affordable housing provider, a middle housing consultant and real estate broker. ECONorthwest will facilitate the HNA and recommendations to the City Council are anticipated in January 2020.
