HBA Connecting Property Owners with Developers

HBA is providing preliminary information about a development property located in Oak Grove, part of Urban Unincorporated Clackamas County. The site is 26,000 square feet at Jennings Road and Addie Street (18101 SE Addie Street). The site is zoned M1, with capacity for up to six more units in addition to the existing house.
