HBA Semi-annual All Member Lunch this Thursday


The HBA will be hosting its annual fall all-member Lunch.Learn.Link Thursday, October 18th at 11:30 am. This event will feature a panel on workforce development in the industry and look at how residential construction can make an impact on the next generation of professionals. The panel will explore how to create meaningful experiences and opportunities for students, young professionals, teachers and business owners.

John May of Creekstone Design and Remodel will explore and facilitate a conversation with Christina Daniels, IBEW 48; Greg Olson, owner of Olson & Jones Construction; and Brandy Callaghan, owner of Area Floors. The panel will share more about carving out space in your business for individuals who are new to the industry, being a better recruiter and on-boarding new talent, and how to contribute to meaningful programs that are training young people.
