Several local governments in our region are hosting swearing-in ceremonies for their newly elected members this week. HBA staff attended the Washington County Commission, Clackamas County Commission, and Metro Council swearing-in ceremonies, to support and continue to build positive relationships with both newly-elected members and sitting members. By attending events like these, HBA staff establishes connections with not only elected officials, but also key city staff and other policy stakeholders.
