The HBA Works to Find Solution to Happy Valley Private Security Needs

The HBA is engaged with City of Happy Valley staff and builders following recent City Council directon to require security measures onsite during the construction phase of development projects. While the HBA supports site safety, we are concerned that the City is considering shifting the responsibility of public safety from the public sector to new housing. We are currently working with the City to ensure that the new regulations do not unduly increase the cost of new housing.
