HBA Portland Builders And Urban Developers Get Together To Celebrate Recent Advocacy Efforts and Look Forward to Future

On June 1, HBA hosted Portland housing and development professionals for the first in-person Portland Building and Urban Development Committee (PBUD) event in over two years.

Coming together at Stormbreaker Brewing in North Portland, the event allowed PBUD members and interested portland builders to get together in an fun and informal atmosphere to network, discuss current issues like ADU SDC waivers and infill building as well as celebrate recent wins in the Residential Infill Project (RIP) and Residential Infill Project 2 (RIP2) process.

PBUD members were active in both through the PBUD committee, city sponsored meetings and roundtables and even participating in the public commission process with multiple members often testifying in front of the Portland Planning and Sustainability Commission and City Council.
