HBA and Metro Host First Ever Modern Middle Housing Virtual Tour

In partnership with Metro and the Build Small Coalition, HBA hosted the first ever Modern Middle Housing Virtual Tour. The tour featured six unique middle housing projects in the Portland region from Blue Sky Property NW, Green Hammer, Marnella Homes, Portland Houseworks, Roost Homes, and SQFT Studios. Featured projects ranged from ADUs, townhomes, cottage clusters, and small-scale apartments and represent the unique variety of middle housing. Middle housing is a vital tool that will help our region tackle the on-going housing crisis and diversify neighborhoods to ensure that all Oregonians have greater choice and more affordable options.
