Construction tax would push cost higher, Tim Duy’s guest viewpoint

Tim Duy, professor of practice and co-director of undergraduate students in the Department of Economics at the University of Oregon gives The Register-Guard a guest viewpoint on the excise tax the Eugene City of Council is considering to raise funds for affordable housing.
